After slowly rolling out selected highlights all week, Untapped organizers are ready to confirm 95% of the beers that will be represented at the festival. As work continues on a variety of other details organizers felt the time was right to stop teasing the beer nerds of North Texas and release the list! The menu features drafts from local, national, and international breweries that range from rare and limited brews to proven favorites. In particular, the festival is very proud to boast that Texas breweries will represent almost a quarter of the menu. Brian Brown of examiner.com recommends we all “Take note of [the] thoughtful and diverse selections which may go down as one of the greatest collections of craft beer ever compiled in the state of Texas at one time.” It should also be noted that there just at 300 VIP tickets remaining.
